Please Take this Survey to Shape Japanese Beetle Eradication — $25 Gift Card - Sept 13th deadline

The ALSC has been asked to help inform people about the following survey. If it wasn't so important they would not be going to such extreme efforts to get poeple to participate in eradicating this beetle beast.  Taking the survey will help them in this effort. Please take it whether or not you have already consented to treatment and enjoy your gift card to places like Walmart or Amazon and more.
The Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) wants to better understand what property owners, renters, businesses, residents, and community partners need to feel informed about, and participate in, WSDA’s eradication efforts.
Right now, we're trying to better understand:
  • What's keeping residents and property owners from returning their consent-to-treat forms?
  • What would help people feel more informed about and connected to WSDA's eradication efforts?
  • What would motivate residents and property/landowners to return their consent forms?
The fastest way to help is to complete this short survey by Sunday, September 13: [SURVEY LINK].
It takes about 10 minutes, and people who successfully complete the survey will have the option to receive a $25 gift card as compensation for their time and perspective.
If you would like to connect directly with the WSDA program team, you can reach them at pest@agr.wa.gov
On behalf of the WSDA Japanese Beetle Community Engagement Pilot, thank you for helping.
