Tasty Tapas Float Around
To participate in the Tasty Tapas Float Around, you must be an active member of the Shore Club or an invited guest of an active member and purchase a ticket before attending the event. - Bud Jones Memorial Run/Walk Around the Lake. Participants are given 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Commemorative Ribbons in each category, and a Trophy is awarded to the First Place Finisher and their name shall be engraved on it.
- Angle Lake Manor Community Parade. Patriotic Decorations are provided free of charge for all parade participants. The Shore Club also supplies Ice Cream Treats at the end of the parade route and provides compensation for the scheduled performers at the Community Sing-Along.
- Paddleboard Poker Run. Playing Cards are provided to participants, and the racer with the best poker hand is awarded a prize!
- Water Sports Competition. Youths finishing first in various swimming categories are awarded a Silver Dollar and/or bags of chocolate coins. Ribbons are awarded to all other swim and boat race competitors.
- Fireworks Display. Road Flares are distributed to all shoreline properties, with additional flares placed on floats down the center of each leg of the lake to create a visually impactful "Ring of Fire" immediately before the start of the aerial fireworks display. The Shore Club has pledged to contribute $5,000 for the main public show.
- All events are run by volunteers.
